Does anyone do research anymore?

1) The Accessory Box is actually an old item that sold out really fast. http://www.nintendolife.com...
2) Club Nintendo actually added a new item today, which were the Animal Crossing pouches. These were previously in JP / EU, but finally made their way to the US.

? It says "restocks" and "makes reappearance"

Unless they did an edit after you commented.

I made a report that it would probably be wise to note the item was actually restocked, but since they didn't have to (as per the rules), I made this post right after. Since you can't edit a post after 15 minutes, my post is locked as such.

The article did start with "past reward makes a reappearance" and even noted the new poster they have. Granted he did make the mistake of forgetting the animal crossing case, but other than that he or she isn't wrong.

Sigh~ Sometimes the edit system on this site sucks.

1) I noted in a report that they should probably note the item was actually restocked, not added. You can verify for yourself here http://n4g.com/news/1471234... or checked the cached original version here http://webcache.googleuserc... .
2) I made my post right after that, since it was NOT a report they had to listen to (and I've been in too many PM debates recently) and felt sad that the site didn't do the research.
3) Once 15 minutes pass I can't edit my post, so if they change it after, I can't do anything about my post.
4) They clearly read my post, since they just put on N4G an article about the Animal Crossing case http://n4g.com/news/1471269... .
5) The posters are actually a restock too and one they correctly noted as such http://n4g.com/news/1467441... .

So so glad this item is "restocked" granted I didn't know about the item before so new or restocked it worked out well for me; just placed my order :D thanks Nintendo_Fan_4life!

You're quite welcome, TheSuperior. Many folks never knew about these items in the first place. I'm happy to hear that you found value in the article.

Just scooped up the accessory box. better than using my wife's wicker box. Yes, is said wicker. This will be much better to hold my wiimotes.

Redeem physical copies of Switch games for My Nintendo points on the homescreen

It's pretty easy, . Club Nintendo was pretty much the best. You'd pop open that new game case, and other than the new game smell, you'd get a cool little Club Nintendo insert to redeem for points.

Finally a step in the correct direction with this program. I still think that it was developed mainly with the Switch in mind, so when that releases it'll get a major update.

strayanalog2727d ago

Agreed. Hopefully when the Switch releases there will be some killer rewards.

OtakuDJK1NG-Rory2727d ago

That probably why it was lackluster since release.

I hope they get rid of the time limit on coins. I just logged on to find that over 500 silver coins had expired. Stupid.

It's the story of the Nintendo brand sadly.

peewee110162754d ago

i am still waiting for the free to play games for wii u and still nothing. :(

Cheezeman30002754d ago

It's ridiculous. I feel like they started it without a plan in mind for where it's going or... what the point of it even is.

TheColbertinator2754d ago

Getting a sweet Mario cap with picking up a treasure trove of DS games was so awesome. Nintendo had a good thing going but the last couple of years have been left wanting.

The author made a good point. Perhaps the NX and a renewed focus on connecting with gamers might rekindle the magic.
