Speaking to Worlds Factory, Ronimo Games confirmed that Awesomenauts: Assemble runs easily at 1080P@60FPS, as PS4 is quite a beast and not many optimizations were needed.
It appears that Ronimo Games recently (and quietly) declared bankruptcy, calling the state of the developer into question.

Awesomenauts is hardly next gen!
Watch Dogs
Here's what Awesomenauts: Assemble is all about people. If I were the developer I would be too ashamed to brag about 1080p/60fps with a game like that. Click the link if you want a good laugh. If the graphics don't make you laugh the super cheesy 80's style intro song will! I was amused! LMAO!
