Got two of those pre-ordered.

Abash3716d ago (Edited 3716d ago )

I'll be getting inFAMOUS: Second Son next month followed by Watch_Dogs in May/June and hopefully DriveClub will be out by then too. Those games should keep me very busy till the end of August when The Evil Within releases, and then after we get to see all the releases Sony has for the PS4's holiday season.

I'd say the first year of the PS4 is full of awesome releases

Tzuno3716d ago

I'd say the first year of the PS4 is lacking games :)

Flipgeneral3716d ago

you preordered assassins creed 2030?

Jk mate, dont take it personally :)

My_Name_BTW_Is_Dante3716d ago

I'd say it's a good list aside from that Assassin's Creed one. I mean WTF? It's just DLC for AC4 (that nobody really wanted to play to begin with) and it's getting it's own standalone disc? People still aren't gonna want to play it because it's stupid DLC. Still kind of shocked that the worst DLC for AC is getting its own standalone version. I thought it was just a joke/rumor.

KangarooSam3716d ago

I don't think PlayStation Blog posts jokes and/or rumors. Also, personally I played it on Wii U because I didn't have a PS4 yet and wanted to check out the gamepad capabilities. The Wii U didn't get this DLC. I'm not saying there are tons of people in the same boat as myself but there is somewhat of a drought for me right now so a taste of next gen AC will be great to hold me off until Second Son. Unless I cave in and get Thief, as well. My point is that Adewale was an interesting character to me so his story getting fleshed out and seeing how the world (or at the very least area) has changed in the fifteen years after the end of ACIV is a very intriguing prospect to me, as well. Also, I'm not saying that I am, but I think it's safe to say that plenty of people are burned out with the franchise so a $15 bite sized piece during this dry spell giving them a taste of next gen graphics is probably quite enticing.

I don't want to be rude but the gaming world doesn't revolve around you. They had this already built, and know what they're doing financially. I say it can't hurt and even though it's standalone DLC I am somewhat excited for it to come out, even if it is more of the same it's something to try!

TFJWM3716d ago

It's a pretty awesome DLC def can hold its own as a stand alone game. For everyone that whined that AC:BF had too much pirates/sailing its a pretty much straight AC game. Considering its the same length as MSG:GZ not sure what anyone issue would be with it for only 15

oODEADPOOLOo3716d ago

Out of that list Watchdogs is only one im into.

hellzsupernova3716d ago

Why? Is it cause it tries something new for the series? And they are having a cry?

porkChop3716d ago

I'm a PC gamer and I say buy it. I played the original trilogy, and the new game looks sweet. Yeah it's a bit different from the previous game, but I really don't mind that. I was worried about the XP and stuff, but they've removed that now. And you can turn off all the "easy mode" crap like glowing items, regular arrows, etc, even the HUD, which all make it play much more like the older games.

Salooh3716d ago

I for one will buy theif, but not sure about elder scroll online. From what i saw it looks normal but heard it's awful. It's the other way around for Final fantasy online.

Ricegum3716d ago (Edited 3716d ago )

No Final Fantasy 14? I've heard its a pretty decent MMO, and it appeals to me a whole lot more than Elder Scrolls Online.

oODEADPOOLOo3716d ago

its not on the list, but still not really interested in it.

What I am considering is this though(in that order):

1)Uncharted
2)Evolve
3)Dying Light
4)The Division
5)Destiny
6)Watch Dogs
7)GTA 5 next gen edition(if they ever come out with it)

theDivision3716d ago

Take of GTAV and I am also interested in all of those (though in a different order)

1. The Division
2. Dying Light
2. Uncharted (it's a tie really)
3. Evolve
4. Destiny
5. Watch Dogs
6. Deep Down (it's waning but I'm hoping to be surprised)

100%, locked 60fps and still look great all these years later, same with the expansion, definitely worth a look if people haven't played it yet, not the best games ever made but a good experience, hopefully a new infamous gets released

KwietStorm_BLM97d ago

Never was my favorite infamous, but it was definitely a graphics showcase early on PS4. Still plays well with the unlocked frame rate.

SDuck97d ago

Still remember getting hyped about this game nearing release. Funny because I never even got a PS4. Jumped from PS3 to PC so I never played it ahahaha

OmegaSoldati97d ago

Its a good game. But thats it. Congratulations you made the best choice. I dream to have a great PC one day.

Profchaos97d ago (Edited 97d ago )

Graphically It's a absolutely stunning game that still holds up today.

Didn't have all that much depth to it forcing you to play though twice for a platinum trophy a good and bad run it was a little disappointing how similar those were Delsin would be like I'm not doing that for you in a cutscene but the cutscene would play out and force you to do it anyway just as you would of in a good run

I did like the story however it got a lot of complaints back in the day people hated playing as Delsin instead of cole despite Coles story being wrapped up.

Overall though the map wasn't overly saturated with useless points of interest there was some collectibles and things to find but nothing compared to a Ubisoft game.

I think it was a good game if a little hollow I've played it through around 4 times now since it's so short.

Also it's DLC was great a full story expansion

I've played 15, and I wouldn't consider any of those underrated TBH. Some of them are pretty high rated.

banger88129d ago

That's amazing, Gamingbolt actually put all 15 games on the same page.

shinoff2183128d ago

I. Not seeing anything on that list underrated. I never played concrete genie, the ASTRO vr,and one other but I forgot the name already. Nothing on there was underrated at all imo.

persona4chie127d ago

There’s only 4 of those games I never played, and no most of those aren’t underrated.
