They are working on something new. Not to be rude but it is impossibility stupid to think ND next major announcement is going to be a remaster or their next Last of Us entry is going to be another remaster.
I think this is in response to them releasing a remaster for the sequel, a game that didn't need a remaster.
Basically a "why did you put out a remaster no one asked for when you have all there options available"
They remaster is to put out something quick while they are deving new stuff. I don't get how people can be so static.
That was a Remake. I guess they could do that to 2, but man…. They should wait a couple generations so it can look like a major upgrade.
I'd include Remedy Entertainment as well.
I think those 5 are the best ones this generation. But there are a quite a few others that are also really good.
Assassin's Creed II?
Don't put Beyond Two Souls or David Cage's name anywhere near good storytelling and video games unless the words "This is not" is before the words good storytelling. David Cage is a terrible hack of a writer, I was extremely excited for Beyond Two Souls but the game is just god awful in it's storytelling with one of the most mary sue protagonists ever seen in gaming. Not to mention the fact that Uncharted 3 has terrible writing as well. Although unlike Beyond Two Souls there is actually some good gameplay. Bioware's greatest achievement was their earlier games, not Mass Effect. Only the first game could be considered great in terms of story, but after that it's losing quality.
