It's OK, You Can Still Buy Flappy Bird (For $1500)

Kotaku: Flappy Bird may be gone, but while many are mourning its passing, others are seeing a rather drastic market opportunity.

That is funny why was it removed from the app store, and on android an app taken off the market can be obtained off the market. 2 of my favoite apps, GBABoid and Pokedroid, can easy be obtained by just downloading an apk from the internet.Open source may have some disadvantages but the pros are just awesome and easily amke up for them if you know how to take advantage of it. I doubt people are seriously buying these if so they must be stupid, since you could just buy an old android device and play it on that if the game is that important to someone

1. Go to Settings

2. Find the box that says "Download non-market apps"

3. Google "flappy bird apk"

4. Download apk

5. Click on download complete notification

6. Tap "install"

$1500 saved, you're welcome.

You forgot step 7.

Pray the APK isn't infected.

These are tough times for Android users.

This article inspired me to sell my Google Nexus 7 Table with Flappy Bird installed to make a profit off a moron who would buy it so I can buy the Galaxy Tablet.

MegaRay3721d ago

I thought google nexus is better than galaxy tab?
OT: cant they just download them from torrent or google?

4ShotKing3721d ago

Nexus Tablets are 7 inches and my Nexus is the 1st model, I'd like to buy the latest Samsung Galaxy 10inch Tablet. You could torrent it, but you'd be surprised at how dumb people are, already have 2 watchers on the item XD

LAWSON723721d ago (Edited 3721d ago )

Yes and yes to both things you said. The Galaxy Tabs are terrible compared to the Nexus 7. The only Galaxy Tabs that are okay are the Note versions which offer nice features. I think it is still on the android market and it would be extremely easy to find an apk from a quick google search

EDIT

The game is still on the market I just checked

Or you can reverse the roles, and play the pipe instead of the bird...

Starbucks_Fan3721d ago

Screw that. I can play this version for free (it's a Doge spinoff of Flappy Bird )

SilentNegotiator3721d ago (Edited 3721d ago )

I'm assuming it's just trolls, but there's a $13,000 bid on one of the iphones.

edit: There's like, ZERO bids on the others, so it's definitely trolls.

Shad0wRunner3721d ago

It takes a little skill. I keep hitting the pipes, lol. Oh and Squishy Bird is funny as hell. LMAO.

Meet the victims of digital distribution – games you can't buy anymore

When a game released exclusively digitally disappears from distribution, it becomes impossible to play it legally. Actually, quite a few gems have disappeared in this manner, with the legendary P.T. being just the beginning of the story.

I'll support physical for as long as possible.

Nice message and physical should always be supported, but I am not supporting this article being set across like nine pages.

I heard FlappyBird will be only available for the iOS user on the iPhoneX

Fullmetalevolust2400d ago

well, that's just criminal, hehe.

Zjet2400d ago

Its a 32bit app. iOS 11 is only compatible with 64bit apps.

App developers have been informed for the last 2 years that they need to update their apps to avoid this problem.

Customeers have been made aware with every new firmware update but no one reads patch notes.
