Times.com recently did an article on Ninendo representative and CEO Saturo Iwata confirming that the Wii U is still operating at a loss and is considered a failure by Nintendo's upper brass!.
There has been considerable debate on the subject but honestly the company can blame hardcore titles like GTA V for the consoles continued losses but the fact still remains that this generation has only just started and Nintendo could save their reputation by conforming to the needs of the consumer.
In my latest video i suggest some improvements for the Wii U and how Nintendo could use this as a way to booster its faltering sales.
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
INDIE Live Expo, Japan’s premiere online digital showcase series , will debut never-before-seen games & content updates across more than 100 titles on May 25th.
The Nintendo Switch is potentially nearing its lifespan, and several Wii U games haven't found their way over as ports yet.
I think it's better to leave games like AC: Amiibo Festival and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash forgotten on the Wii U. Best case, they are mediocre games; worse case, they are very bad. It was a dark time for the Wii U, and the first only exists to sell Amiibo cards, whereas the second was put together in a couple of months with a shoestring budget, and it shows.
The rest of the list does have some really cool games, though. I would love to see a remake of Star Fox Zero with decent controls, and Xenoblade X doesn't require that much modification to work.
This article leaves out Nintendo's most controversial game to date devils Third.
I personally found the cover system really fun in that one compared to at the time most fps games completely lacking one.
Kirby is always ignored or forgotten by people, so good to see it mentioned here.
Play Kirby Canvas Curse on DS, and then play Rainbow Curse on Wii U, they're really fun and unique 'platformers' without any actual jumping.
Stop with these anti-nintendo articles. These sites are taking advantage of a overly blown situation. Nintendo has been in worse situations and has come out on top every time. Stop with the click bait articles because when Nintendo ends up succeeding there will never be this amount of article about it's success.
how about an article about how bad motion sensing gaming is, or how its time has past, no one wants to play these games with motion sensing unless its just dance or wiifit. Anyways Nintendo needs to go back to making couch potato consoles
Nintendo has made it's own bed. They stumble around in the dark not knowing it's 2014.
They deserve to be in a world of pain right now. So hopefully they will take action and come back harder and stronger then ever.
Because we need a gaming company like Nintendo in the gaming world. They have some of the best gaming experiences in their genera. And something all children should experience.
Oh wow, I'm not one to judge but that site's (blog) background is crazy odd. MySpace 2005 called they want their look back.
