It isn't, at all. Having played it for more than 30 hours, I cant tell you that this game has pretty high production values.

As a matter of fact, Kamiya himself stated that this game was more expensive to make than Bayonetta 2.

It was well worth the $60 price tag. At $30, it's a steal.
