I agree like everybody else, game has a lot of horrible bugs currently, but to much flak has been taken by DICE when people need to dish it out to EA. Don't think DICE wanted to release so soon.

Sad to because it's just another Dev under a shitty publisher. There just stuck, Why I find it so funny some don't take it anymore an leave.

Respawn Entertainment (Aka IW)& Activison... Only reason I say this is because already 40 employees have left Infinity Ward to work for there old bosses Vince an Jason to bad they signed with EA.

But that is what is so weird to me, Bungie seems to have Activision by the balls as so does Respawn with EA but these publishers, atleast to me just want the quickest turn around on every game year in year out.

Think DICE would be a lot better off an the BF series if they went independent. Might be a tighter budget, a lot tighter but hey, BF4 would never happen again.

I hate to break it to you MAC420 - EA owns dice and tell them where to Sh^^, how high to jump, and when to release a game.

I am sure Dice has some creative "control" but if Dice is working on a game that EA Exec find lackluster or non profitable, than EA would gank the game. If dice refused, EA stops sending paychecks and closes the studio. If dice only had a partnership - Then they risk EA cutting ties as well if a game is unsuccessful (look what happened to Kingdoms of Amular).

As you stated if Dice was independent, there would be no way for that studio to afford to work on large projects like Battlefield or even have the money to license the Starwars IP. I think in all honesty, EA thinks that "EA" is too big to fail. We'll see in the next few years as they might lose the NFL license, and get a stigma for releasing "buggy/unplayable" games(examples - Bf4, NBa Live, Warfighter.

Atleast they have need for speed, Bioware, and FiFa...

Publisher have a stake in it, but in no way do they develop anything for the game. So that statements is irrelevant, Thats like saying Jerry Jones wins football games for the Cowboys. He'd doesn't they just need his fat check book, If anything all they are is the yes/no guys. Majority of the studios are owned by their Publishers realize that, an like I stated before, that's the sad part. Can either of you read an comprehend something?

Independents an studios partnered up are a lot better off then being owned like a slave. Multiple people that were in studios owned by the publishers have publicly expressed how rejuvenating it was having freedom again once they left or created a new studio an partner up with a new publisher.

Prime example,like I stated before is Bungie an MS, Bungie loves the new found freedom. It is a partnership with Activision now but Bungie is definitely wearing the pants in that one.

EA an Activision owned Studios have been taking to much flak when they essentially have no control over deadlines is all I'm saying. They are being rushed to put a game on the shelf year in year out an have no time to innovate or bring anything really fresh an new to a game or franchise, an when they due it's a half complete game that takes a month or longer to iron out.

Just think more respect needs to be paid to Devs that or pity because there modern day slaves IMO.They don't even get appreciation for the things they try to give us on these ridiculous deadlines.

1. DO NOT make it for 5 platforms thus spreading your team very thin as you rush it out the door to beat COD to market all the while totally insuring your game is FULL of BUGS do to lack of a proper beta.

Thanks EA for messing up Battlefield. No one wants BF5 and it seems EA is holding Bad Company 3 hostage.

So PLEASE just make Battlefront 3 for PS4/XB1/PC so it can be a solid game and a bug free release.

Okay, someone please clear things out for me. I got BF4 for ps4 recently (bf4 for ps3 was £25, so I upgraded to ps4 version for another £10). I managed to finish the campaign in 2 sessions, and there was no problem with the game saving. I've played about 4 hours of multiplayer, and not once have I been disconnected/kicked out of a match, nor has the game crashed. So were these problems more prevalent a week ago than they are now? I played on PC when it first released and the game was filled with bugs, the console versions likewise.

I think what I'm trying to say is that are people still having these constant crashes? If not, then why still keep whining about it? I think more than half the people who are whining or making snide comments don't even have the game, just doing it to troll/for likes.

P.S. If you do have the game and are still facing problems, then I'm sorry, the above is not meant for you. I hope your game gets fixed by DICE soon.

Crashes are still happening. I think it's memory dump related.

Meaning - Game uses X amount of memory on console, crashes, everything stored in the memory was wiped.

Ironically - EA at first blamed Sony and their firmware, yet the same problems are happening on Xbox1 as well.
