TechRaptor - Ever since the website went live, Fallout fans worldwide have been sitting on the website for god knows how long translating morse code, reporting HTML tweaks, sifting through various behind the scenes changes, and of course mashing the living day lights out of their F5 keys. Not only has the new website ruined some perfectly good keyboards, but it has also acted as a fine layer of plasma slime that has brought some key FO communities together. The Bethesda forums experienced a huge posting surge, the official Fallout subreddit has become a huge hub of information, even the more mainstream gaming communites are into it. Recently however, we hit an official milestone in the buzz surrounding the website.
If you were excited about the Fallout 4 London mod, we have some bad news for you. The mod has been delayed indefinitely thanks to Fallout 4 next-gen update.
Not a bad thing. They've even shown excitement at what the update could bring to making things better for them. More work? Yeah. But, still a good thing overall.
I think this looks pretty great so they should take as much time as they need.
It’s kind of shame however we’ll probably never get to see an official Fallout London game or anything set in the UK now because of the mod.
The Fallout Anthology Edition is coming to PC very soon, and is packaged with some very S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bonuses.
It’s an awful downgrade to the last one they did
They included physical disc back then
I would love the classic fallout games on console. Closest I could find was atom rpg, I liked that one a lot
The Fallout player base is beginning to grow in a resurgence following the release of the critically acclaimed TV show.
I bet they feel pretty stupid not allowing someone else, possibly Obsidian to do a Fallout game because they could have released it this year near the TV show to capitalise on it.
If you thought '76 made Fallout feel mainstream, now we have a TV show that looks like a cosplay convention. The clean duds and Garbage Kid- Looking power suits (Head scale) are killing me. I think that it's nice that there's something for tv viewers to glimpse at why people like Fallout, but they are only getting a filterd down, made for series-seasonal tv (ew), passanger's flattened persfective with no risk based upon actions or consequese or social/non-social stangings that are experienced in the game.
The series represent's itself as a Fallout the tv show for people that need that kind of pacing (again ew), not the Fallout the game. Some people will dig this. I can see them having reason to, considering everying the show is borrowing to make it something Falloutish. It not for me, and I'm cool with that.
I am a MASSIVE fallout fan, I have a computer desk shine THAT IS FALLOUT and no other. The show was amazing to me, and bias had nothing to do with that, my trepidation was ultimate. The tie in to 'something' New Vegas, had me cheering like a sports fan at the end there (I have the collectors edition, and covet its mint condition highly) and I hate sports. I love a lot of other gaming, movie and TV show things, what they have done its pretty damn cool to me.
Checking out the show possibly tonight or tomorrow for sure. Hope it’s as good as everyone says.
Personally I think this is a hoax more and more as time goes by. Honestly from a marketing standpoint it doesnt make sense because only a small group of people on the internet know or even care about the website vs the world. On top of that even fewer people know morse code and can decipher these messages. Its really a missed opportunity to hit the masses and that is why I think its a hoax.+
My biggest problem with the site is that after it got some attention it went on to then put up ANOTHER countdown (which ended today) that didn't explain anything. It was literally a countdown within a countdown that lead to a puzzle that was deciphered only to reveal another very cryptic message. If this were an actual ARG it could be done far more elegantly than it is.

I mean, it said the Domain is registered/owned by Zenimax of Rockville, Maryland, their headqarters...so it seems legit. That's what I'm hoping!!
If it is a hoax, why doesn't just Bethesda just come out and say it has nothing to do with Fallout? or it isn't from them?
I just love watching different sites reaction to this site, ranging from "it's happening" to "not happening, damn polack"
It's entirely fascinating watching this.
