Cheaters & hackers have been causing grief on Battlefield 1, Hardline & BF4 servers, with nonstop DDoS attacks among other things. Unfortunately, EA has remained silent about it.
if this happened in 2042, they'd have something to say. which is weird, considering battlefield 1 has more players on steam right now.
Its so obvious that EA is doing this or hired ppl to mess up the games so that we’d be forced to have just 1 Battlefield working.
Honestly it’s probably the devs themselves. They did an update to bf4 way back that kinda made assault rifles doo doo in hopes that people would flock to BF1 cuz BF4 was too perfect
The shooter genre is one of the most beloved videogame genres in the gaming community, and rightfully so. From DOOM Eternal to Battlefield 4, passing through The Outer Worlds, the Xbox Game Pass has a lot to offer when it comes to amazing shooter experiences. Come check out some great shooter games available on Xbox Game Pass!
There's a bunch of great shooters on gamepass; both legacy and new.
A recommendation I have is a work in progress preview title called Anacrusis. It's a lot of fun, and has a cool aesthetic.
KeenGamer: "Sometimes a game starts out as a buggy mess and we all just stop and think, “that definitely could have spent a bit more time in the oven”. This is the case for these 5 games which infamously marked their place in recent game memory."
As a BF player I say this could be a great game, with many epic moments, but the constant game crashes kill the immersion effect. I was on a nice little 10 kill streak as I was trying to flank the enemy team. I started noticing that I was starting to rubber band all over the place and CRASH.
This is the first time I have ever owned a Battlefield or a CoD game. I have BF4 for PS4.
I'm looking forward to the glitches being ironed out as well.
Aside from that, and dying a lot(which is inevitable it would seem) ... there is a lot of fun to be had. I just have to be sure my controller isn't plugged in, as I almost yanked my PS4 off the shelf, when I got shot after a particularly intense sequence.
I've only had one crash, but the Sound has been in and out.
I was playing the campaign to practice before entering multi-player, and lost my saves twice, which was a bit upsetting...even though the fun I have in multi-player is a hundred times the fun of the campaign...even with all my dying. :)
So, in closing... once this game is fixed I think it will be the top title I have right now.
Fun Factor for me this gen...
BF4
Dead Rising 3
AC4
Ryse
NBA2k14
Resogun
Trine 2
I don't have Madden or Need for Speed. Forza too perhaps. These are the titles that are on my bubble.
Great game, when it works. So far, I've had no problems with the multiplayer at all, but I've lost my campaign data twice so my advice to anyone playing that would be to backup your save file.
I must be one of the lucky ones because apart from it crashing to the home screen twice on PS4, i haven't had any problems. As someone who didn't like BF3 on last gen.....BF4 on PS4 is amazing, the doubled framerate and extra player count is just what this game needed. Rush mode is so much fun, the map design is worlds better than BF3 too.
this is TRULY TRULY a great game... you will NEVER find a FPS game released that doesn't have bugs.. that's just it.. but this is an absolute blast to play on nextgen..
