who still play this game?
From what i heard its a failure...

xPhearR3dx3801d ago

I still do here and there. The gunplay is really fun and keeps me entertained for a bit.

I do, you heard wrong. A few speed bumps here & there. Pretty fun game if you can play it with friends.

Can't wait for the ps4 version eventually. Still got tons of money in this game and next season can't come soon enough, for the show that is, that's when it grabs my attention and has me hooked on the game.

MysticStrummer3801d ago

I loaded it up the other day after a long break and was surprised to see how many people are still on it. It's not a bad game at all.

JasonKCK3800d ago

Defiance isn't your standard game, it's an MMO. It still has a huge community on PC, PS3, and 360.

MadLad3800d ago

I actually really started playing the game the last two weeks or so.
It really is a fun game.
Think I've put 60 or so hours into at this point.

Still pretty active.
Around 1,500 or so players at any one time on PC.

I sold it shortly after the patch that finally got the one competitve map working.

But it was always fun! Driving mechanics are pretty close to perfect (barring the crappy 30fps).

Gunplay is great.

Graphics are ok. Bad in spots.

I played it knowing it was a primer of sorts for Destiny. Can't wait for destiny!

You pick up this game for $7.99-9.99 at gamefly.com. Varies in price every few days.

I play on it about 3 times a month, lots of fun doing the arkfalls everyone working together.

Ranking the Devil May Cry Series

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."

First to last for me...3,4,5,1,2.

Me leaving it out should be telling of my thoughts on it. Better than 2 as a DMC game.

Still a good game though.

Friendlygamer2h ago

3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them

2.

God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best
