Much of the talk about next-gen consoles, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, has been about how they don't really do much that's different from their predecessors. Sure, the game graphics are nicer, and the social media hooks are baked in from the start, rather than shoehorned in years later, but is that really revolutionary?

Probably won't happen for PS+ since Sony makes a clear distinction between a PS4 game and a PS5 game, unlike PC and Xbox where it is not a specific device game (It's now always an Xbox game).
So to make the PS5 game of fallout 4 available. Bethesda would need to renegotiate the complete deal with Sony.
hence why there's often only the PS4 version of the game available on PS+.
Let's hope Bethesda and Sony can arrive to term quickly.
In that same link, they talked to further support who said PS+ owners aren’t eligible. What a load of BS! The upgrade worked just fine for FF7R. I was looking forward to this. 😞
