That's awesome. This Friday I am upgrading to the new Zelda 3DSXL and if I register that along with the digital copy of Zelda: ALBW I automatically get 3D Land for free. Sweet deal.

yes. definitely doing this.

This is smart. Get people interested in 3dland, then they want more & they can have more of that in sm3d world on wii u.

Is the stock 2gb card enough to hold sm3dland ?

Neonridr3800d ago

3DSXL comes with a 4GB card I believe, no?

BullyMangler3800d ago (Edited 3800d ago )

dang what a promotion.

lol at those who try and say Mario Land 3DS is easy game. of course it gets easy, once one gets used to the level design duh but at first it takes try after try to beat the levels . .

HolyDuck3800d ago (Edited 3800d ago )

Wow, I bought a 3DS XL & Pokemon Y 2-3 weeks ago and I've already registered them. ):

Neonridr3800d ago

try contacting Nintendo. If you can back it up with your receipt, who knows, they may offer you a code. Worth a shot anyways.

admiralvic3800d ago

US did a similar program about a year ago, so we probably won't get it.

Neonridr3800d ago

My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.

Sonic Game Writers Had ‘Very Little Say’ On Story Scripts

The writing duo behind Sonic games like Sonic Colors and Sonic Lost World reveal they have little creative control over their game scripts.

-Foxtrot90d ago

They need to start letting people take inspiration from the comics, there's a ton of great stuff to take inspiration from.

phoenixwing88d ago

My beef is why even hire writers if you're just going to control the whole process. I'd be very upset as a writer if someone did that. A job is a job though.

DarXyde88d ago

Performative for optics, I would think.

It's like the US Congress holding a vote to "denounce the evils of socialism." It literally did absolutely nothing about anything and was a complete waste of everyone's time (and tax dollars—which is its own irony, by the way)

Dumbest thing in the world, but if you hire writers, it looks like you made a serious effort to make something great.

Do you remember when the original Suicide Squad movie was coming out? How much did we hear about Killer Croc's actor watching cannibal videos to get into character? Or even the "incredible lengths" Jared Leto went through to personify Joker on and off set?

It looks better when people think you're taking it seriously.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - Classic Zelda turns 10

The Nintendo 3DS' The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is now 10 years old, yet remains a remarkable experience.

kythlyn142d ago

Calling this classic feels so weird to me. It's still the newest game in the old style... hope they make another one.

FinalFantasyFanatic141d ago

I would love a remake of Link to the Past, one in a similar vain to Link's Awakening.

Neonridr142d ago

it was an awesome game and utilized the 3D very well on the 3DS. A Link to the Past is one of my favorite Zelda games, so this one being a true sequel to that title really hit home with me.

franwex142d ago

I bought this very long ago, and it’s still in my backlog!
