Today, PlayStation Sent IGN an Interesting Message

Certain members of IGN’s editorial staff received the following envelope in the mail. Branded with a blue PlayStation logo, the content on the inside is exciting, if not a bit cryptic.

Long and pointless cool story for all the bros:

I sold my ps3 yesterday, my controller, all my games, my ps eye, I'm keeping the move controllers, and now my ps4 and copy of KZ are almost paid off.

I took that friday off of work, so I will be at my local midnight launch.

I have bf4 on the 360 paid off so I will play that until the ps4 launches, I will then sell my 360 and accessories to completely pay off the ps4 and KZ.

Then the xbox1 comes out (paying for that out of pocket), and I'm gonna upgrade my copy bf4 with the credit I have left over.

so with selling everything and the 499 + tax, I will have both the xbox1 w/ BF4 and PS4 w/KZ.

Good time for all gamers that is for sure!! With the way these consoles are shaping up we are all in for a treat!! I'll be taking the day off and playing KZ and Knack and getting to know the system UI. I can't wait for that new console smell! Then I get to do it all over again the next week for XB1. /blessed

man i want to get more excited, have ps4 pre ordered but nothing really interests me on ps4 or xbox one right at launch. still keeping my pre order and hoping once i get it i will find the killer app

with ps4 there are many F2P games so hoping to find a good one to play, any suggestions

But since the beginning of time I as well as everybody I know couldn't afford a dual console run, let alone not picking sides.

I love Halo and all the coolness exclusives Microsoft bring but eventually buying both is not happening. Theres not enough exclusives on either machine to buy both.

Replace Amiga with Amstrad 464 and the original xbox with cube and add ps3 and you have my gaming history.

Why is that your concern, is it your money? No, thought not now STFU & move along. If it wasn't for early adopters, then companies would go broke, & dumbasses like you would never get the opportunity to buy one when your Jewish pockets are allowed to be opened...It's one thing to not buy a console early, but to criticize others just shows your a waste of space. More info to follow... I mean yeah, when to be there, how to get there, what you'll need, the typical NDA stuff and so on. I don't really think the last sentence is hinting at some big announcement. But hopefully I'm wrong.

Anyway, I'm sure the event will be cool and we'll see some interesting stuff from there if the press is allowed to show it.
