Paul from DJ Podcasts writes "This week on the DJ Podcast, we cover all the latest news including the recent delay that will see Watchdogs pushed out till 2014, plus Microsoft steps up its marketing campaign with its “Get the Facts” advertising that bound to clear up any confusion. Also making news Xbox Games for Gold will continue indefinitely for the Xbox 360 plus all Xbox One games will have dedicated servers and a whole lot more".
If you are looking for a bargain, check out the huge discounts across the entire WatchDogs series on Steam.
With the world of information and technology, privacy and security growing every day, Watch Dogs deserves another chance in the spotlight, now more than ever.
The only Ubi title that deserves a faithful remake right now is Splinter Cell 1.
All 2014+ Ubi titles are just underwhelming. Especially ones from 2016+ are just cancer.
The fist watchdog game was the best by far
After that they weren't weird and annoying with that hipster stuff. Aiden was a badass.
From VG247: "When cars slide, they leave tyre marks. In a game like Driver, they’re an aesthetic touch, part of the inherent cool of a handbrake turn. But those dark shadows in the road also tell a story. From tyre marks, you can determine the speed of a vehicle, when it started to skid, and its ultimate direction of travel – long after the car itself has vanished into the distance."
Why did they stop making some of the best games ever? Driver was one of them.
A story driven game with pure driving gameplay. I'd love to see a new Driver game or a remake of the first one.
nothing can stop MS, Nothing
One thing Microsoft needs to do is at the beginning of their commercials play an Xbox related sound. I noticed this a couple years ago; you know how a playstation commercial starts when you hear a quick ps sound blurp and when it ends when yopu here the "PlayStation". When I am not paying attention this is an audio cue for me to turn my head to the tv, Microsoft's commercials I miss because I only turn my head at the end when they play the logo.
Great show this week, for being an Xbox centric show, I thought the conversation was a lot more fair and balanced than usual. One thing I thought was funny is Larry was being negative on PS+ for it being rentals, but then went on to say he would prefer the Sony model. But at least he was fair on the RROD issue. Good show guys, and I hate when you take a weekend off like last week. :)
Edit: I did find it interesting that you guys didn't respond to the couple that went to the expo and didn't like the Xbox One controller. Does that concern you guys at all, especially since the reasons they didn't like it have been reported by others as well?
Didn't notice it one bit. ^^
After all just on this site we have atleast and just for Ryse alone we have atleast 2 to 3 news each day, saying how good the game looks, and it is better, how the people are wrong...
