I don't get the point of console exclusives if you're trying to make money look at Cod or Gta they release on everything and there Billion dollar franchises.

Well, 3rd party exclusives are practically dead, so I don't see what you don't get. The few that remain are typically just "timed", which basically allows companies to have their cake and eat it too. Make a fantastic game, get paid millions to make it exclusive for a year or two, add like 20 minutes of extra content, sell it to the people on the other consoles who've been waiting for it.

If you mean first party exclusives, then they need to give you a reason to support the system. Like if M$ made their games third party, then the Xbox One preorder sales will be practically nonexistent. If Sony did it, then it's hard to say what would happen, since it's STILL $100 dollars cheaper.
