Ubisoft revealed today that both Rayman Legends and Splinter Cell Blacklist have sold below what they anticipated.
Hanzala from eXputer: "With Ubisoft's practices becoming increasingly anti-consumer lately, the destruction of The Sands of Time Remake looks almost inevitable."
Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.
*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*
Top executives including games boss Sean Shoptaw have also been promoted…
Behind XDefiant's toxic work culture, crunch, delays, and a group of directors and managers internally referred to as 'The Boys Club'.
Man the industry just keeps on going with all this bs and to think this is ubisoft again remember what happened with that skull bones team same crap.

This game will be tossed out broken unplolished with a bloated budget trying to be cod but will fail sense ubi can get there shit in order. If i was me i would have gotten rid of this boys club asap there is alot looking for work out there.
Every industry has these issues
Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
@LOL WUT
You could be right but had Rayman launched only on Wii U in February then it would have sold even more than it did on Wii U because there was a software drought and they wouldn't have had a PR nightmare on their hands. I imagine Ubisoft took a loss on the 360/PS3/PS Vita versions.
Rayman def would have benefited from releasing in feburary during the wiiu drought period. i guess ubisoft decided releasing so close to GTAV was a good idea.
shame because legends was a great game.
Splinter cell tanked on Wii u because it dosent even have offline coop and the online is non functionable, ubi still hasnt patched it. No spies vs mercs and the online coop levels aren't even playable because of the broken online. Its ubisofts fault. Ninty fans r not gonna pay full price for half a game.
I think this would have sold far better had it released on Wii U in February as there was nothing out then and then if it was ported to the others later that would have been fine. Instead Ubisoft had to deal with the negativity of Wii U owners who had to wait 7 months for no reason. It's a great game and would have been very welcome months ago for sure! In any case I love it and can't stop playing!!
I do think in this case the blame is not to be pointed at anyone but Ubisoft. They did not need to delay it at all. More content could have been added to the Wii U version when the other versions released in September. Everyone would have been happier.
