Why don't you just use a cheat... how boring.

M-M3854d ago

People don't want to use cheats because you can't get trophies when using them. I hope these glitches get patched.

The thing is it doesn't matter. You can exploit MANY different ways to make money in GTAV. Games like this money becomes no object once you reach a certain point, so who cares?

Also, these exploits only effect OFFLINE games. As far as I know this cannot be done in GTA Online.

Cheating or using exploits (grey area) offline, you are only cheating yourself, and this is very subjective depending on each person's opinion of purity of gameplay; aka for some this is a non-issue, others see this as appalling.

Cheating or using exploits ONLINE, you are cheating EVERYONE. This is where I personally draw the line. When cheating effects other people online (positive or negative) I don't think it should be done as it ruins the experience for everyone else.

Like I said, even without this exploit, you can legitimately exploit the stock market by attacking a competing company to drive their stock to the ground, invest a boatload into to the bottomed out stock, switch and attack their rival to drive the stock back up, sell and buy the rivals stock and repeat back and forth. This is 100%!! legit! There is NOTHING against the rules to do this and if done right with enough money you can make cash hand over fist (possibly even faster than with the glitch above as the earnings stack exponentially each time you switch -- interest on the interest).

I've seen a few like this. It's crazy all of the quirky things to find in GTA V. I bet there are TONS more yet to be found.

Wonder if it ruins the game like that property one.

matrixman923854d ago

hasnt this been known about for a long time? and it doesnt really matter when u are going for the big ticket locations to buy, you still have to have all the money on 1 character I believe

TXIDarkAvenger3854d ago

Meh, I never done this exploit or use the cheats and I have millions on all 3 characters with all properties bought except the gold course and movie theaters. To be honest, there isn't much now that I have everything I wanted.

Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…

Oh and hundreds of millions of dollars in revanue to boot.

Lots of complaints about gta ever since the hd era started and yet it's bugger than its ever been with gta vi up to 180 million trailer views alone. The next game is shaping it be be another genre defining game

They already learned they dont have to actually make a great game

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.

Zhipp36d ago (Edited 36d ago )

I did accidentally beat someone to death a couple times. An unfortunate mistake but besides that I didn't have any problems with the controlls

jznrpg36d ago

Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games

Profchaos36d ago

I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
