Hyper Light Drifter is a 2D Action RPG, described by developer Heart Machine as playing like the best parts of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Diablo, but with "modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale".
The developer has had quite a lot of requests for Wii U support, and the latest update on the Kickstarter project reveals that if it reaches a target of $500,000, releasing the game on the platform would be possible.
Legend has it that this list of the best Xbox One Co-Op games is so good, it may require four people to fully enjoy.
Hyper Light Drifter is a game that doesn't hand its plot to you on a silver platter, but that's just what makes it so special.
From Xfire: "The rise of vintage pixel graphics in modern games has brought a huge range of amazing, beautiful titles to us - and these games will let your poor, overworked PC take a breath. Here are the top 10 pixel art games for low-power PCs."
You can also add old school RPGs to the mix if you’re into them. Their slow pace work great with my old laptop. Currently playing Trails in the sky.
Another one? And it looks amazing? LEAVE MY WALLET ALONE!!
i like the look of the game i hope it becomes big like zelda and gets more games and goes 3d because that character has a great look and i like the synopsis
Somebody please cut these guys a fat check!
Oh yes, this game NEEDS to be on the Wii U.
I know Nintendo gets a lot of flak for "coming in behind the curve" but it doesn't matter if they have a ton of fun games like this filling up the console's library. I'd rather have really fun games with some innovative gameplay mechanics than a bunch of shiny graphics that bore me after eight hours of repetitive and uninteresting gameplay.
