EGX: Bayonetta 2 is More of the Same, and That's Great | US Gamer

US Gamer: "Nintendo was showing off Platinum Games' upcoming sequel to Bayonetta at the Eurogamer Expo. We brave the lines and go hands-on with one of Wii U's most impressive new games -- trying not to get devoured by giant hell-beasts in the process."

I never played the original nor have I seen it. But after finding out about The Wonderful 101 last year that got me interested in Platinum Games also got me excitied about Bayonetta 2 cant wait to get my hands on this. And one more thing if you own a Wii U get The Wonderful 101 it's a Great game.

Are we going to see Bayonetta show-off her own interpretation of " gangnam style " at the end of the game?

Summons753856d ago

Hopefully not. She's got to much respect for herself to do such a thing and the devs care to much about their work to destroy the quality with that stupid song and prancing around like a moron.

Personally I hope the jpop version of frank Sinatra's "fly me to the moon" comes back. Maybe another classic get put in.

There was long, long ago, a bunch of not so intelligent dudes who said "hurr durr i hate bayonetta's jpop", since then people have parroted such words completely unable to realize that an english cover of an english song performed by a swedish singer definitely doesn't qualify as japanese pop.

I really REALLY hope this game ends up being as good if not better than the 1st.. I will be very disappointed if it isnt because so far, my wii u hasnt even been used for anything other than menu navigation & updates

Why Bayonetta 3 Is a Step Down From Its Predecessor

Many fans have been expressing their disappointment with Bayonetta 3. Here's why the recently released game is a clear step down from Bayonetta 2.

MadLad496d ago (Edited 496d ago )

Yet the Switch is much more powerful than the Wii U - the platform the second game released on. So you're just being negative to be negative with that comment.

anast496d ago

The voice acting wasn't as good...

jBlakeeper496d ago

Bayonetta herself doesn’t even look as good design wise.

-Foxtrot495d ago

I thought they focused on big kaiju like fights which felt gimmicky and thy brought this new character in to try and get away from the leading star

*Spoilers*

I mean they pretty much killed 3 big characters. They killed Jeanne, Luka and Bayonetta herself and it's not the fact they died it's how they died, we've seen Jeanne and Bayonetta survive countless things yet they go out by the lamest ways possible.
