Internet Users Try to Play the BAWSAQ

Internet users everywhere are attempting to play the BAWSAQ, Grand Theft Auto V's Social Club-linked stock market. They hope to do this by buying cheap stocks in their thousands around the same time, causing the value of them to go up and big profits all around.

Just put half a million into PIS with each of the three characters. This better work. I'm broke right now.

Best way is to pay attention to the radio stations and the conversations between the different characters. Also Lester usually tells you when its a good time to invest. But you gotta know when to hold them...

I'd suggest not doing his missions until the end of the game. You'll make the most money that way. And be smart. A rivals stocks will drop but some will also rise back to normal allowing you to buy them cheap and still make money.

best way is just saved those assassination mission for last except for the first one, and make sure you have as much money as possible or just do those money trick in the early game before you do the first assassination

Aleithian3861d ago

With the bawsaq, you have to play the long game. You'll only make short term gains if you control the market or have inside info. Of course, the game provides inside info sometimes, but this will only help you a few times per save file.

I've also started to tickle the BAWSAQ, but I put in on HAL, I hope it keeps going up!

I put $250,000 in two different stocks, they were the cheapest on the board. Buy low and trade high.

SnazzyGent3860d ago

I put a lot of the little money I had into Pißwasser on Thursday night and I definitely don't regret it. Whether or not the stock is actually being affected by the community (or just pure chance) is debatable at this point, but if the stock tanks when everyone sells on Monday night, I'll be convinced.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing6920h ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy8517h ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
