MGSV launching in February?

It does not state that MGSV is launching in Feb. Only like 2/3 of the game shown there say 22 February. The rest are either 2014 only or undetermined - the latter MGS falls under.

I am surprised that there are obvious games missing, like Natural Doctrine and Yakuza.
