GTA V is the pinnacle of everything Rockstar has done so far, and as close to a masterpiece as you can get.

I love Trevor's fashion sense if you just leave him to his own devices for a bit. Bloody hipster.

A pink polo shirt, stained jogging bottoms, cowboy boots, a handlebar tash and a balding mullet. Nice.

Whoa there partner.Who said this gen was over?

Agree...but it essentially is. I would also give gta5 a 10 but not b/c its perfect....but b/c it isn't. I do believe that in many regards it is a culmination of gaming this generation. It looks fantastic...its a huge open world...has incredible detail...astonishing characters with a good story and we don't even have the multiplayer yet...which will probably b amazing too.

What I love though is that it is gonna force many to look at gameplay over sheer graphics. Yes...its beautiful but it begins to show us exactly what is capable with next gen systems...virtual worlda unlike anything we have ever seen. And it can and should carry over to other genres too. I know that companiea like cd projeckt and bioware looked at skyrim to see how to make their games better. Now everyone can look at gta5 to realize that we don't simply want better looking gamea...we want more complex, intricate games that challenge us in different ways. Many r worried about dragon age...but gta5 has begun to show us that companiea like bioware should b able to do incredible things with their storytelling abilities and moral decision making.

I just think that if rockstar pulles this off on this gen...the bar for next gen just got raised...and we will know if its simply the same ol same ol with a fresh coat of paint.

The last game I will buy this gen is definitely going to be R&C Into The Nexus. Ahh...I bought my 1st PS3 because of R&C Future ToD and am gonna end it with the same franchise too. Good times. After that, everything I'll buy will be PS4 games and I'll only play PS3 games coming to PS+. That's still gonna be A LOT!

Back on topic, I am almost finished with KZM and Puppeteer. Guess it's time to give in to the GTA hype. Here's hoping it's not gonna be a let down like the IV was!

Also going to jump on to the gta v hype train, here's hoping it's not another overhyped mess like gta iv.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming
