The [a]list daily: "PS Vita TV is a key part of Sony's battle to dominate game hardware."
Sony has recently published a new patent that wants to dynamically handle the games' difficulty and gameplay based on the player's emotions.
This is something I might use. Sometimes I play some good games but they don’t have difficulty option and are a little too easy.
cool idea
cool idea for horror games especially
the way it's explained here sounds like it could never be forced hopefully, so that's ok with me
Sony has recruited Bungie's head of revenue Jaremy Rich to head up its live-service gaming division, Rich has announced on social media.
Please do not put Destiny’s monetization into Sony’s first party games. The monetization is what’s driving players away from Destiny.
I mean, this person made some pretty bad decisions at Bungie. I hope they've learned from them because I definitely don't see those type of ideas as good for PlaySation in general.
Ps5 gamers in 2023 seemed to play more live service types of games, so regardless to how people feel about them, numbers don’t lie and Sony is going where the money is. I mean look at the excitement around Helldivers2, people are showing that they want live service games.
How do you kill a franchise that already been killed?
Destiny’s grind, cash-in-on-playbass-cha-Ching, and pop-culture-insertion mainstream-me-too bs totally killed any rep Bungie had. Sony/Bungie, if you are doing this to ward-off players, it’s already working.
Sony has patented to add multiple dialogue modes to let players switch between how many conversations with NPCs they want in the game.
Sony is like the only ones outta the 3 that has atuff like like this pop up changing thing in ways.
It's the one device to draw everything together in the sony/playstation ecosystem, to create a really low entry point and open further markets for Sony. You've seen the pressers and heard the speeches - Sony is being run as a whole these days - their hardware is going to exploit everything good about Sony and bring it all under one roof (pictures/tv/music/gaming/etc) .
It's easy to dismiss VitaTV in a fanboy knee-jerk way "it's dead already", but according to Sony it's only just beginning its life. Check the info in my blog post: http://n4g.com/user/blogpos... - Sony didn't just throw this thing together as a way to sash in on waht some people see as "failing tech" - their plan has included Vita TV for quite some time, clearly well before the ps4 announce in February.
@Namorer
Nintendo fanboys are the worst! but you are just plain disgusting.
@Namorer
You keep playing those milked IP's and non-HD games again where Sony try to create more new Experiences with HD graphics and story orientated for Gamers with great Value through the services PS+ and Cross/busy/plsy/save along with Gaikai support of PS3 and PS4 games on the go and in TV with $100 device. Sony games are about experiencing new things and relaxing and having fun with those in different gameplay mechanics and input for controlling games.
