Muramasa Rebirth Review | RealGamerNewz

Shawn of RealGamerNewz writes, "Muramasa Rebirth is a port of Muramasa Demon Blade that was originally launched on the Nintendo Wii coming to you from Vanillaware. Muramasa takes place during the Genroku era (1688 for those who don’t know. Of course I already knew and didn’t google it. I DIDN’T GOOGLE IT!!) run by the Shogun Tsunayoshi Tokogawa (Whew.. say that 5 times fast)."

Hicken3882d ago

Anything for you to troll Sony articles.

BullyMangler3882d ago

neh

jus saying i played and passed the game . yes it looks awesome, but it brings nothing game-changing to gaming . NOTHING . perfect score? ha!

more like 7.7

not a bad game

Hicken3882d ago

Doesn't need to bring anything game-changing. Just needs to do a superb job at what it intends. Muramasa does that on the Wii, and is even better on the Vita.

"Just needs to do a superb job at what it intends."

Correct.

BullyMangler3882d ago

a superb game is 9.8 . .

When games get awarded a perfect score and they dont EVEN have that NEW game changing tech that changes gaming forever, then HOW is that fair for the games that DO bring the > innovation <?

Game reviewers just aren't the same anymore these days . .

bunch of kids .. .

Geez, can't i go to ANY article and not find any fanboy with a moronic comment?

BullyMangler3882d ago

you sound upset.

and confused

because you bring no facts as to why something is moronic, just you sounding butthurt over DEEP FACTS <

instead of giving thanks ?

sheesh

Hicken3882d ago

Just because a game brings innovation doesn't mean it does it well. It shouldn't automatically get points for trying something other games don't, if it fails miserably at them.

On the other hand, a game that doesn't bring anything new to the table, but addresses the issues of the genre, or just simply doesn't make any mistakes, should get a good score.

Again, and I really don't get why this is so hard for people to understand, a perfect score does not mean the game was perfect. It means it's among the best examples of its kind(if there is a kind), at the top of its class, an excellent example of a very well-crafted game. One where your complaints are minor, the flaws negligible.

When somebody plays a game like that, they're well within their rights to give it a 10/10.

If YOU don't want to afford it such a score, that's fine. but don't go assuming everybody has to use the same screwed up scale you use.

BullyMangler3882d ago

just pay attention, CLOSE attention tho this, and tell me where I went wrong or where I didnt prove my point please. so you wont sound ignorant.

10 Games That are Best on Vita

VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "Thanks to the timing of the Vita’s release and its relative power compared to the home consoles at the time (PS3 & Xbox 360), it saw the benefit of a number of these late ports which have remained the ‘definitive’ versions to this day. It’s these games that I’m aiming to look at in this article – titles that are best on Vita by virtue of extra bells and whistles, tweaked controls, and content, or in some cases just a general feeling that Sony’s portable hardware is the most enjoyable way to play."

Rating Each of the Vita's Localization Studios

VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "What I aim to examine in this article is the output of each of the major localization companies, in terms of what they released, what they chose not to release (including when they localized titles for other platforms but skipped the Vita version), as well as some brief commentary on the quality of their translations, before providing an overall rating on their support (outstanding -> amazing – > good -> solid -> poor).

A large part of the reason I love Vita so much is thanks to its brilliant selection of Japanese games and that’s really what I want to celebrate here, but also lament some of the missed opportunities we had along the way."
