This game has gone from "Meh, looks like every other Creed" to " That looks ok" to "This actually looks pretty good" to "considering buying this". Good job Ubi, hope the quality stays high despite you releasing them every year.

I remember thinking the same thing about AC3 and that was the mother load of letdown right there.

what makes this stand out for me is that the dev's said something along the lines of it being created with the more hardcore AC fans in mind and also that there would be less cut scene when talking with characters.

That crap drove me crazy with AC3.. like every other character you spoke with you got a half second clip of their head. If they had been doing stuff it would have been better, but their faces were always in the same position with the same blank expression on their face.

anyway, I feel the same, as in I am seriously thinking about buying this game after I promised I would not touch another after ac3.

really hopeful with this one.
