is every shit about gta now a sensation?

GdaTyler3882d ago (Edited 3882d ago )

Are you not aware that a game of this caliber is BIG. A GTA game hasn't come out since 2008, so expect it to be insanely popular. I'm glad their advertising it. It should do well, and I'm expecting some perfect review scores!

@laijka
Well he didn't have to click on it. He could have ignored it.

@Knifefight

Ok fine... :(

laijka3882d ago

I don't think it's the advertizing he has an issue with but that it somehow ranks as newsworthy that a bus in Sidney have an ad for GTA on it.

knifefight3882d ago

Gda Tyler, you pretty much made Tripe_Down's point for him.

This is a highly anticipated game with a huge budget. Huge budgets include huge advertising money. It's not really a big surprise that there's a bus painted up to advertise GTAV. I wasn't particular startled, impressed, surprised, or impacted by this news, at least. Big game has big budget. Wow. Now THAT's News 4 Gamers indeed!

He just doesn't see the need for an N4G update or news story about it is all. It's just marketing, and not the variety that's new or completely original.

...Now, if they start staging mock police chases through the streets, THAT's news! ^_^

I'd take this GTA hype over COD any day..

GentlemenRUs3882d ago (Edited 3882d ago )

This is why devs should spend time making a game!

The hype at the end of the tunnel can cause a huge WIN!

But... Do not pull a VALVE, That's when disappointments happen!

Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…

Profchaos32d ago (Edited 32d ago )

Oh and hundreds of millions of dollars in revanue to boot.

Lots of complaints about gta ever since the hd era started and yet it's bugger than its ever been with gta vi up to 180 million trailer views alone. The next game is shaping it be be another genre defining game

MetalGearsofWar32d ago

They already learned they dont have to actually make a great game

sagapo32d ago

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.

Zhipp32d ago (Edited 32d ago )

I did accidentally beat someone to death a couple times. An unfortunate mistake but besides that I didn't have any problems with the controlls

jznrpg32d ago

Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games

Profchaos32d ago

I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
