While Microsoft tries to rebut supply chain and manufacturing issues as results for a delayed Xbox One release, another possible problem has come to light. Where is the FCC Approval for the Xbox One?
Without FCC approval, a manufacturer is not able to market and sell their products in the United States. If the FCC finds any problems with the Xbox One and requests for Microsoft to change or adjust entities within the console itself, there would be a disastrous impact on supply. Needless to say, that if there is a major issue, components may need to be sourced from different manufactures causing further constraints on the supply for the console.

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "If you haven't played Rainbow Cotton before, you're not alone. A Dreamcast exclusive released only in Japan, it's not exactly a household name. Looking to change that, and bring the sixth-gen game back into the spotlight, is German studio KRITZELKRATZ 3000, which — with the backing of publisher ININ and original developer SUCCESS — has remade the 3D shoot-'em-up from the ground up. Featuring several modern quality-of-life upgrades, plus HD graphics and a brand new local co-op mode, it promises to merge the past and present when it launches digitally on consoles and PC on May 9.
Ahead of the game's release, I chatted with Andreas Scholl, technical director at KRITZELKRATZ 3000 and lead programmer for Rainbow Cotton, about what fans can expect from the remake."
There is nothing wrong with the console, this is a RUMOR site.. do you really think they would of allowed people to play on the X1 if most of it was not completed. They had dozens of consoles available at gamescom that people were fully using. They are obviously still working on making the OS the best it can be. It would not surprise me if Microsft has not even submitted the console yet to get approved. Man these sites really need to stop with this stuff.
No FCC approval that we know of. I bet it's already FCC approved. They could keep that private like so many other corps do. All they have to do is pass they don't have to give out that info when.
Ha more rumours for hits
why is it an issue if the console isn't set for release for at least another 66 days minimum? one of the iPads got approval like a week before it launched so not sure why it's an issue for the xbox one?
