The PS Vita has been cut in price to only £143.99 at online retailer Zavvi.
Yesterday Sony announced a European and US price cut down to 199 Euro and $199 for the handheld, but didn't make it clear if the UK would also be affected.
Sony has recruited Bungie's head of revenue Jaremy Rich to head up its live-service gaming division, Rich has announced on social media.
Please do not put Destiny’s monetization into Sony’s first party games. The monetization is what’s driving players away from Destiny.
I mean, this person made some pretty bad decisions at Bungie. I hope they've learned from them because I definitely don't see those type of ideas as good for PlaySation in general.
Ps5 gamers in 2023 seemed to play more live service types of games, so regardless to how people feel about them, numbers don’t lie and Sony is going where the money is. I mean look at the excitement around Helldivers2, people are showing that they want live service games.
How do you kill a franchise that already been killed?
Destiny’s grind, cash-in-on-playbass-cha-Ching, and pop-culture-insertion mainstream-me-too bs totally killed any rep Bungie had. Sony/Bungie, if you are doing this to ward-off players, it’s already working.
Sony has patented to add multiple dialogue modes to let players switch between how many conversations with NPCs they want in the game.

Genuine Enabling Technology was seeking damages, claiming the tech allowing PlayStation consoles and controllers to communicate infringes its rights.
Sounds like patent trolling they tried the same thing against Nintendo with the same pattern.
Motion and control input traversing over higher and lower frequencies seperate from each other allowing the controller to do both
So to recoup the money Genuine is going to take on Nintendo or Microsoft next. I hate patent lawyers they are some of the worst bottom feeders out there.
This is why I couldn't be bothered to respond to the 'No price drop in the UK' thread. We're always getting great deals here.

I actually just read a article that said there was no offical price drop for the u.k which to me made me sad :c but im happy theyre doing it, its good news ^-^ " http://www.dealspwn.com/son... "
I just got one at Amazon for £169.00 with the Mega Pack (10 games.. although heard one is a PSP game and a couple of them are freebies anyways) and a 8GB Memory Card, we already do have great prices in UK although I only really have seen this deal the past week or so, I'm glad the memory cards is down in price so if I ever feel like needing another, it isn't costing a fortune to get it.
Come on Vita!!!! Lets be having ya!
