Check Out a 10 Minute TV Special On PlayStation Exclusive JRPG The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki

The popular Japanese satellite TV channel Animax just aired a 10 minute long special on The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki, that will be released in Japan on September the 26th for both PS3 and PS Vita.

they go for a really strong anime presentation but then you see the actual graphics and it's some weird ugly anime stylized 3D instead of full cel-shaded. Why they do this? What are they thinking? -__-

Simple answer:
Falcom is a small company who don't have man power / money to use cell-shading, yet. And this is the 1st time they try to do a full 3D model for Legend of Heroes game.

But if you ask that kind of question, than surely you never play Falcom games / don't know Falcom history when they always focus for story, gameplay, and music above graphics. If you really care about graphics, than right now Falcom games isn't for you.

I can't watch this. I'm playing LoG: Gagharv Trilogy right now, once I've finished that I'll play Trails in the sky, and hopefully one day some of these other Trails games.

We won't see this for another 6-10 years...and that is being very positive.
