well in 3 weeks its only sold 173,000 world wide . this week might push it 50,000-100,000 more.which is not good for a 1st party Nintendo game. getting worried now for wii u

Well it is one of Nintendo's most niche franchises. I mean the other two barely even crossed a million in sales. It's a fantastic game, but seriously NO ONE expected this game to save Wii U on it's own. I'll wait and see what the rest of the year will bring for Wii U. I still think they should scrap the basic and sell the premium for $279 though

Pikmin was never a huge seller for Nintendo. Wait till smash bros., 3d Mario world, Mario kart 8 and more hit. Those should do some big numbers around Christmas time.

10 million. That's pushing a lot of hardware sales. I'd settle for an attach rate of 50% on existing hardware and a 100% increase in hardware sales in the first 6 months as a result. Those figures would make Reggie ecstatic.

The WiiU dips bellow the Vita once again, and Pikmin 3 doesn't look like it's going to do much for the WiiU's fortunes. I remember furious francis saying, and I'm paraphrasing, that Pikman 3 was going to be some kind of massive system seller, or something along those lines.
