A Mac gamer who used to love the DotA mod for Warcraft III takes a crack at the new tower defense games in town.
TNS: "A League of Legends game mode, Arena, will return with some major changes that may breathe some life for a stagnant game."
ESTNN writes: "Hwei, LeBlanc and Ryze stand above the rest as the strongest players in the League of Legends 14.8 mid-lane due to substantial buffs in their scaling, base damage and crowd control (CC) respectively."
ESTNN write: "Our updated guide on the latest champions coming to Summoner's Rift."
DOTA2, its not even a question...
I'm really liking LoL but I haven't had the chance to try DOTA2 yet. I'll check it out sooner or later.
Play both because their both fun if you have the time.
Ok, let me add my opinion. Yes each has their own advantages and disadvantages. One for DOTA 2 is its steep learning curve but as an avid player I find that it brings certain aspects to the table LoL can't. Sure it will be tough to learn but you cannot beat those moments where you nail all your skills in a team fight while working together with your team's actions to end up with this overwhelming feeling of satisfaction/accomplishment. It's nearly like a high that you strive to get at the next fight.
Well that's what I can say about DOTA 2, LoL has its own merits as well but DOTA 2 is definitely worth the initial effort.
