yes and Jackfrags from Youtube had said in one of his E3 BF4 Multiplayer Pre-Alpha videos that they are also a One-Hit Kill.. I'm sure there's a catch to using it, like long reload time, or limited mag

i agree with all of you,awesome to finally have a real sniper rifle (like that of Bad Company 2) again in Battlefield but after playing BF3,i suspect something will give while using it,maybe terrible load time and lack of ammo (as mentioned for both),or possibly speed of player,ability of carrying other weapons,etc.? people will complain about it too,to try and ban the gun i'm thinking too,because being less skilled using it or dying a lot from players using it against them.

Aren't .50 cal snipers supposed to be used primarily for disabling enemy vehicles? As opposed to taking out human targets? I would hope this weapon can be used to penetrate jeeps, ATVs, boats, and even choppers/jets.

There is not one bit of literature that states a .50 caliber sniper rifle is not to be sued against human "soft" targets.

.50 cal rifles and rounds are also used in hunting animals at long range. At close range the weapons system and cartridge are too destructive.

I personally never understood why of all the weapons deployed in war, the .50 cal is singled out as some magical weapon not used on human targets when it is absolutely used.

Having a 50 cal on a human target is very messy.

100% false with with regards to limited use on vehicles. .50 cal sniper rifles are regularly deployed against soft targets.
