It depends on what it means. You might have a bank account and a wallet. If that's the case, then i'm fine with it...assuming the bank pays some sort of interest and has a tie-in to "on-line" banking and investing (which it probably does).

Translated into actual English the game feature appears to be that cars left on the street can collect parking tickets that may result in the car being towed, and if the ticket is not paid you forfeit the car and all the time, effort and money you invested.

Sounds like we can finally park cars on the street and not see them disappear anymore, unless you get a ticket and towed and even then you can still recover your ride at the impound lot. At least that's what I read based on the bad translation.

@irepbtown - 5GBs is a really good amount for gaming, and 7 GB is fantastic. Considering consoles have been working with under 1GB this generation up until the Wii U.

hkgamer...what do you mean? I'm currently replaying gtaIV on ps3. '4 different types of cars available at one time'...

cars will randomly disappear from streets depending on what happens. It doesn't seem very consistent on if and when they'll just be removed from the environment. Most mission starts will keep your car available, but some will not. which is actually pretty frustrating, as you'll show up to the mission in a fast car...only to have the prompt 'find a fast car' as soon as the cut scene is over...and your original is no where to be found...

but i don't know what you mean about 4 different types...you can park as many cars as you can cram inside your safe-house parking sections...even stacking them on top of each other if you're talented...and they'll be there no matter what after a save...but if you don't save right away, it can get wonky. Saves will also auto-repair them.

It's been a long time since I played GTAIV, but I remember that there can only be a few car types loaded onto the map at one time. Don't remember how those cars a randomly chosen. Or maybe I am mistaking it for the street races.

I just remember driving around with the fastest car but then losing it due to a cutscene and was never able to get it again.

This game sounds like a chore. I always thought the point of playing games was to escape reality. Do you think I'm really going to enjoy playing tennis, cycling etc or taking my pet out for a walk or whatever and the switching characters business looks awful.
The best thing about GTA has always been taking the role of one character and building up your empire. GTA 4 failed at that and it looks like GTA 5 is headed the same way.

True no one is forcing you to do these things so I guess it depends on how they are implemented. Like in San Andreas where you could exercise and improve the build of CJ or doing the taxi missions in vice city to get the jumping car/taxi. GTA 4 did it wrong whereby playing darts or shooting some pool became a chore. Don't even get me started on the phone lol if that's still in GTA 5, grrr.
