The evil within is using some very high end AI systems as it looks and the atmosphere looks great i can't wait to see more.
Is s anyone else surprised that Cliff isn't being a complete fool lately.Between that and the ps4 good news going around it's becoming a great year.

...What? Because they're third-person shooters, he ripped him off? More than any other game, I'd say Gears rips off Kill.Switch, but even outside of the fact that they're cover-based shooters, there's plenty of differences there and they're paced a lot differently. And they have much different tones. How you got the idea that he ripped off Shinji Mikami, I'm not sure. The ironic part of your comment is that RE6 (which, yes, I know Shinji had nothing to do with...) ripped of Gears, especially with Chris' story.

its kinda hard to know what he means when he says something positive about games these days....he's become sell out..in my eyes at least, and while he may truly be stating something positive ....I cant help but think hes either being sarcastic or hes getting paid or something for the positive gaming comment.... no matter what it is I agree with the comment, im excited about this game, it's been a looooong while since we had a true horror game.

While I am very excited for this game based on what I saw at E3, I have a hard time seeing why his opinion gets such bravado over anybody else in the industry. He's riding on his success of Gears. He really needs to do something new.

I can't wait to get my hands on The Evil Within though.

Cliffy. Unreal Development Kit is amazing, and gears 1 was pretty damn impressive - these guys are just negative nancys. On topic, I want to see if condemned criminal origins A.I. can be beat with this game..

No I disagree. just because games like Amnesia is 1st person, the evil within should too. Have you forgotten? The first survival horror game to "revolutionize" the horror genre is a Third person? in the name of Resident evil? and not to mention Resident evil 4, a Milestone in gaming history is a third person also. which not only brought the survival horror to new level but the "Over the shoulder" mechanics which gears popularized.

TEW is looking quite awesome. The story seems very cool and i want to find out what happens to the officers. I also like the "chase" gameplay or run for your life bits.

Can't wait to play it. Day 1.

FOR ONCE, I agree with cliff. The evil within I must say, is the "GAME" were looking for. The Horror game we are looking for. The last horror game i remember on console is deadspace 2 which is slowly becoming like resident evil 5 and 6.
