Buy or Sell: PS4, Xbox One, Vita, Super Mario 3D World

GotGame: Is the PlayStation 4 a better buy? Should Nintendo have instead developed a Super Mario Galaxy sequel? Is the PS Vita dead in the water?

Anyway, the best buy would probably be the PS4, depending on which games you're excited for.

The thing that really kills me about 3DLand isn't the level design or gameplay I see everyone else whining about... it's the overall aesthetic. Gone is the brilliant fairy-style art design and music of Galaxy, and in it's place is the same soulless much of NSMB.

Instead of getting a spiritual true 3D Mario game sequel for the Wii U like Mario 64 was to the n64, Sunshine for the Gamecube and Galaxy for the Wii...we're getting Super Mario 3D Land Wii U. That's my problem with it.

Problem is it feels like no thought has went into it at all. How can you add co-op for example, up to four characters, but not let people play online.

Super Mario 3D on the 3DS was far from soulless. (Which is this game is based on)

Am I the only one thinking that it's a bit too much with Mario in so many game. Wish Nintendo would innovate and do something not Mario just for one year. Anyway the gameplay videos of 3DLand looks sooooo boring, I would rather put Mario Galaxy 2 in my Wii U and try to finish that one.

Never judge the gameplay of Mario on first few levels nor levels that are on Demos as they are always easy, basic and not really challenging at all.

SELL: what a stupid article!! let's be SO CALLED fair and have siskel and ebert like debate on the video game companies properties!! this would have been done much better, by both SISKEL AND EBERT, IF THEY WERE BOTH STILL ALIVE!!! No wonder Iwata has no faith in the video game media, NEITHER DO I!!
