"A game for an entire generation" needs to be on all platforms not just 2 especially when it's a bloody MMO.
Not announcing this for PC is crazy when PC is the home of MMOs.
It can't be pirated so it must just be a petty stance from Bungie. Same with Ubisoft with The Division.
