Of all the games I am waiting on, this is it. I have given $100 to this game and plan to give more.

Really cool looking game, but it would be a huge money pit.

Yeah, what I mean is that it will cost you a fortune to play the game with what looks like never ending micro-transactions. I think that while I was looking around, they had the price of one of the ships set at $250.00. Of course if you back the project, you'll save quite a bit of money up front, but unless you've got some serious cash to blow, or you aren't interested in playing any other games out there, it just doesn't make financial sense to invest in something like that.

“I’m not a PC elitist by any means; if I could be on the PS4, and they were open, and I could do the updating and all the sort of stuff we’re trying to do on Star Citizen, then I would definitely consider putting it on PS4, because it’s essentially a PC with a friendlier operating system.”

basically he's saying that the PS4 isn't as Indie friendly as you all seem to think it is.

I hope this game does really well and pushes PC gaming to it's limits.

This would hopefully spur more PC devs to just go crazy on the PC and make some really amazing games.

I have my eye on this game. If its really successful (and I hope it is) then maybe more amazing projects could be developed.

Anyone that bought Mario games for the last 30 years would also fall under this category.
