Meh, not the first time a big gaming company has infringed on another company's patents and got away with it, as you'll notice this only happens in the under educated land of America.

Go to a different country's court & I bet Nintendo loses this case 9 times out of 10, which we seen in the M$ vs Motorola/Google case, got away with it in America after a germany court went against M$.

America the only country in the world you could win a case of selling mature rated games to minors as being against "freedom of speech", the under education of America is simply amazing.

Well said!

Freedom of speech has nothing to do with selling M rated games to minors.

Exactly, yet a Supreme Court Judge in California says otherwise.

It's stupid, I know.

Oh, okay, I see what you're talking about now. You're talking about this law. I thought you were talking about a store selling games to kids like 14 years old and the supreme court said the store was expressing the right to free speech.

I thought you were talking about something different. You see, they tried to raise the age requirement for rated M games. The ESRB rating says 17 and they tried to raise it to 18, the age you are considered and adult in California, and regulate it. The right to free speech is also the right to artistic expression. Movies, video games, music, and art are all protected under this law. If you are under 17, you can not obtain a game in California, the store will ask for ID and turn you away if you don't have one. Atleast, that's what they should do, but that's a topic for another day. But if you are 17, considered a minor in California, you can obtain a M rated game because the ESRB rating allows it. The state of California tried to raise that age to 18 and basically stop a group of people from buying certain games which infact conflicted with the right to artistic expression.

6 Fun Games Where You Actually Play As The Bad Guy

While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.

Profchaos12h ago

Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.

It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny

Armored Core VI?

Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.

Is something big coming soon to branch the story?

No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).

Trevor in GTA 6 is a sadist and psychopath who dabbles in cannibalism. Should be top of the list. These game “news” sites should hire people that know games.

Strange headline, as I thought the star of the show was Super RType. I almost bought RType Dimensions EX this last month and was just thinking, man I wish we had the SNES one somewhere on Switch. That's where I got my start w the series and I was beyond excited to see it drop this week!
