Why the Time is Right for Halo 2 Anniversary | LevelSave

With the coming release of the Xbox One and the ten years it’s been since the release of Halo 2, a large majority of players never experienced Halo 2′s online abilities, and without a rerelease, they most likely never will. Halo 2 is popularly heralded as being the best Halo games ever released, with many players swearing by that fact. Obviously, the world wants Halo 2 back, so why wouldn’t 343 give it to us?

Whether a Halo 2 Anniversary may or may not be coming to us soon, we don’t know, but let’s talk about why it should.

I'm definitely in the camp that thinks Halo 2 is the best. Granted, I never did play Halo 4 or Reach.

Halo 2 was the best IMHO. I still think of the 1000000 days I spent on the MP -.-

I really hope they are planning a release for a remake/remaster. Definitely my favorite Halo, so many fond memories.

Both Reach and Halo4 are excellent. This is coming from someone who is tired of FPS games and not really a Halo fan at all.

So 343 can see what actual good Halo maps look like.

2 is good but I think 3 is by far the best in the series as far as co-op and online multi player go.

h3/h2 > h4 > reach > all other fps

btw i would love a halo 2 anniversary

Booyah3953d ago

I'd say Halo2 was the best. Not with Halo3 since I didn't liked it. But it is my opinion. ^^

Microsoft has very few games to do HD ports. Unlike PS2, X1 was pretty barren.

Yes, I believe it is time for halo2 to take over once more as the greatest fps of all time.

EKWB reportedly plagued with financial disarray many gaming pc's left without parts

EK Cooling allegedly has slipped itself into a hot soup of seemingly endless financial woes, where it has not paid its staff, suppliers, and contractors for many months as the company is facing liquidity problems and a surplus of inventory left unsold, stuck in the warehouse for a more extended period. Gamers Nexus investigated these claims made by former and current personnel, where he found trails of unpaid bills lasting as long as three to four months and unpaid raises that accumulated for almost a year.

EK Water Blocks has two entities—a Slovenian-based headquarters and a US-based subsidiary, EK Cooling Solutions. Steve narrated the series of events in detail, stating that the company was reportedly irresponsible and negligent regarding payment. Consequently, partners and employees are forced to share the burden of alleged mismanagement. It all begins with its extensive range of products, leading to a surplus of goods. EK has over 230 water blocks, 40 liquid cooling kits, 85 reservoirs, 40 pumps, 73 radiators, and 212 miscellaneous accessories.

Yes this is not about video games directly but indirectly this will impact the pc gaming/workstation space hard.

This company is massive one of two in the water cool space so if it goes poof then thousands out there have no spare parts or half built computers.

SO yeah i know not about a video game but think of it as amd leaving the pc space but this is ekwb that could be leaving water cooling in the pc space
