'The Elder Scrolls Online' for PS4 and Xbox One is fundamentally identical to PC

XMNR: One of the big announcements at E3 was that The Elder Scrolls Online was headed to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One in addition to its planned PC release. Zenimax Online lead gameplay designer Nick Konkle said in an interview released Wednesday that the MMORPG will remain relatively unchanged between the PC and next-gen console versions.

Just a thought. Can you buy houses in ESO? If so looking forward to waiting for a friend to go off on a quest, then break into his home and trash it. Also can i marry female players and order them to stay at home, make me stuff and make sure people dont trash my house?

I doubt the ps4 version will have a massive amount of anti aliasing and will most likely not even be native 1080p

pc version will have smaa, msaa, fsaa, a multitude of options
1200p
1440p
1600p

etc

sure, they will have the same characters, spells, locations, but its not the same graphical level

Of course it won't have higher options as it is a console. With higher options comes with higher cost for an enjoyable experience. Honestly, it'll be down to what the PS4s CPU is capable of. The game isn't a graphics powerhouse at all.

Too bad that an MMO can't coexist on both PC and console without compromises. One or the other has to give in, and the PC version will be worse for it.

As soon as i saw the gameplay for this game, i knew it was coming to consoles.

Yeah I saw the gameplay that was leaked an yanked of the web. I lost any interest in the game when it was announced for consoles.

Some console players don't quite understand that an online rpg doesn't work well for consoles an never will unless they are built from the ground up specifically for the console in mind.

Elder scrolls online is going to be a flop I can be on it now.

Does anyone know if this will be pay to play online or will you just have to buy the game? I am looking forward to this game either way.
