Call it a hunch, but after talking with Hideo Kojima at E3, we were left with the impression that there is more to the Kojima/Microsoft relationship than what was revealed at E3. During the same interview Kojima explained that he was actually in the process of searching out a studio he could task with adapting the first game to the Fox Engine.

Me personally want's Kojima to remake the two Metal Gear from MSX, when Solid Snake fighting Metal Gear, Big Boss, & Gray Fox in Zanzibar & Outer Heaven. Maybe Kojima can combine the two games into one game.

Hope Kojima don't waste resources on Gimmicky Kinect+SmartGlass "Gameplay" which he has no talent to do it.

I personally would be quite upset if they would release exclusive DLC, or timed exclusivity for the X-box over the PS platform.

Me personally have never bought an X-box and not planning on buying a X1. I am a huge MGS fan, MGS might even be the sole reason I am into gaming. I really don't want to miss out on anyting MGS, whether it be DLC or something else.

And no offence to X-box fans out there, I don't buy a lot of games and having more than one console would just be overkill for me. The PS platform was a good choice for me the previous generations and I think it will still be the right choice for me this coming generation.

I'm a big MG fans so i knew the different between Metal Gear from MSX and MGS from PS1 :)
That's why i want Kojima to remake MG from MSX. Kojima already remake MGS on GC and some part of Shadow Mosses on MGS 4. So this time, why not give MG from MSX a remake?

Some MG fans, like me or raiden-49, always imagine epic fight between Solid Snake and Gray Fox on a minefield with HD graphic ;)

The article said, 'remake of the first Metal Gear Solid titles'.

It did strike me as odd that the fan asked only for the first 2 MGS titles to be remade, and not the 3'rd.

I had to think for a bit to understand that it's not MGS titles, but rather MG1 and MG2 titles that the fan wanted to see remade.

MGS 1 not just hd. But the shadow moses we saw in MGS4. That was epic. Make a new Metal Gear Shadow Moses. Even if its with MGS4 graphics

All the assets are there, Kojima should just toss it to some Sony studio to do it. I'm sure Sony would gobble that right up, especially since very little work needs to be done to accomplish it.

Not entirely sure who works with Konami at this point that could do it?

There doesn't have to be anything exclusive. MS simply gave him the opener because they are going "hey look who we got! Yep its on our console!"

I'm sure there will be some random "cloud" features, but beyond that it will most likely be the same. In fact PS4 should have some Vita functionality to it if Kojima stays true to his word.

Not impressed with Kojima anymore, I think he's trying too hard. I played and loved MGS 1 to 4, 5 is like rehashing the same stuffs and again and again and again.. its not about making great MGS anymore its about making money for him.

You clearly didnt watch the gameplay trailer from E3. The new gameplay and game design in mgs 5 is honestly ground breaking in the stealth genre. If after that trailer you think Kojima-sama is not about making great MGS then I have nothing else to say to you. Good day!
