ESRB is quite strict when it comes to sexual content. PEGI is OK, not sure about ACB since they JUST got an R18 rating, CERO not sure also since I don't know much about how strict they are. USK should be OK also since they hate violence a lot more than sexuality.

If you know what I mean.

I'm glad he's standing his ground. Nobody should give in to pressure groups full of femnazis and self loathing beta males.

A.K.A. the benevolent sexists.

Xof3952d ago

Er... sexism is a pretty big issue in gaming, and your dismissive attitude isn't helping.

Suda51 is, of course, correct here--his games are very intentionally designed for comedic effect, and people who get offended at the kind of... crude humor found in his games are just pathetic.

The important thing to get away from this is that Suda51 was not only AWARE of the criticism, he also considered the criticism and reacted to it like a mature adult.

Which is, you know, what you should be doing.

I am glad he is sticking to his guns with his approach. I just hope he understands that the current state of the industry has a lot of people that understand nothing about actual sexism standing on their soapboxes spouting nonsense, mainly to get clicks for their website. I also, hope gamers understand that there are some valid points being made about sexism in general and it is a discussion that is going to happen.

Creative freedom should never be lost in our struggle to find a way of empowering and respecting others.

Man, I’d love to get a sequel. I wish that’s was this was instead of a remaster, but it’s such a niche title. It won’t sell gamgbusters, unfortunately.

I am not sure what they are looking for sales wise but it can’t be much more than it originally sold if it’s even that much. I’d guess it just needs to sell well enough but who knows what that actually is. I still have the PS3 copy not sure if I’ll buy a remaster or not.

Great game, hopefully that we will get a sequel one day

I would be able n for a shadows of the damned movie. If it could be done in an (older) Evil Dead movie or the series fashion, they might be cooking with fire.

Actually Ryan Gosling makes a ton of sense.

Edit: If this can be done in a Scott Pilgrim movie kind of way that would be dope.

The more I think about it, the more I kinda want it to be a thing lol. Ryan Gosling would be awesome. He would need to play it less serious, but he's shown that he can be a goofball.
