Mad Max, an upcoming game that is based on the movie with the same name, made a debut at E3 2013 earlier this week and its protagonist will not have the trademark Australian accent. The developer of the game explains that the game has a different take from that of the Mad Max movie.
BY MOSHE SWEET: These are the best licensed video games that are not Spider-Man or from the Batman: Arkham series.
I had a blast with a Bugs Bunny game on PS1 as a kid. It is probably trash now but at the time, it was awesome.
"50 Cent: Blood in the sand"
Ps3 scored 6/10 all round loads of review sites but was so much fun while not a technical masterpiece in any way has a worthwhile engaging story and script and of course an unbeatable soundtrack.
GF365: "Whether it be style, speed or firepower, these rides are sure to satisfy. Here are our picks for the ten best vehicles in video games."
The Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak from the Gran Turismo series
Nissan Skyline from Need for Speed Underground
Motorcycle Steamroller from Dead Rising 3
And finally a car you never drive but saves your ass over and over : Honey Badger from COD MW2
I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.
GF365: "These are the best games based on movies. Every entry on this list will be a great video game adaptation of popular movies."
If theyre getting rid of the accent then they might as well replace his car with a prius.

Then why choose to do Mad Max then if you want it to be different
WTF... That's a deal breaker!!!
Are people making a big deal out of this??
Wow.
"its protagonist will not have the trademark Australian accent."
If it's a trademark then why ditch it?
In our next Star Wars game we are going to use a billy club instead of a light saber.
"However, the game will still be using the famous Ford Falcons that was used in the original movie and also it will be set in the Outback."
OK set in the outback but no Aussie accent? hmm....
Also, most games use an American accent, why not be a little different while being authentic?
