Warner Bros. President Believes in Wii U; PS4 and Xbox One are Amazing, but PS4 Price is “Spot-On”

While other publishers seem to have a clear case of cold feet towards the Wii U, President of Warner Bros. Interactive President Martin Tremblay is believes that the platform will do well. He also thinks that PS4 and Xbox One are amazing, but the price of the PS4 entices him.

The PS4 seemed to come in at just the right price so I have to agree. I'm glad to hear some support for the Wii U given how much flack it's taken lately from developers, publishers, and those of us thirsting for more games.

PS4 is priced the same the 360 premium model was introduced 7 years ago. But unlike the 360, the PS4 is the highest spec'd machine. Can't wait til game reviews start coming in and comparing PS4 and bone versions.

It isn't "bias", it's business.

You can't blame publishers for cutting support to a system that will probably only end up pushing 5-6 million in its first year. It isn't up to third parties to make sure Wii U succeeds. If Nintendo doesn't put confidence in third parties, third parties simply won't work with them.

Ubisoft announced that it's cutting support and they've been giving Nintendo love for years.

i think the price point alone will do sony alot of favours look at last gen with the xbox and ps3 when it first launched no-one cared that the ps3 was more powerful and sony touting its benefit all they cared for was the cheaper xbox 360 price, it was only when sony dropped the price the ps3 starting selling crazy i think that and ps4 being touted as more powerful and less expensive will give sony the advantage

PS4 is priced at an awesome sweet-spot. $50 than the Wii U and $100 less than the One.

Seeing that I've already bought the U - I'm going to have to hold out on the 4 until some more bucks roll in and also if there's any games that truly interest me...I know "All the PS4 has is games!" - But I'm not in to FPSs, beat-em ups and such - which is mostly what it includes so far.

I'm bout to hit you with that real talk. Nintendo is now in playing catch up position. They have started making HD games 7 plus years after the competition. But when I look at the games coming up and they are quickly catching up. Starting with Pikmen 3 all there first party titles look beautiful. I know this may be hard to believe but Nintendo will only get better as time goes on.
