In The Sun (UK) 79% Choose PS4 Instead Of Xbox One

According to an online poll by well-known UK tabloid, The Sun the PlayStation 4 is winning by a landslide in the UK too.

My thoughts exactly, it's the same here in germany. But as far as I know, all Xbox360 users I know are planning on getting a PS4 already, even the stubborn ones lol

If I was to imagine a "best case scenario" for the PlayStation 4 before it was revealed, even I wouldn't have imagined the situation we have right now. That's how outrageously bad Microsoft has done so far.

Not only has Sony done practically every single thing right, but Microsoft have been on an ongoing suicide mission, I couldn't have dreamed the extent of how bad the xbone reveal has been. Every day it gets worse and worse and worse. And when you don't think it can get any worse, it does.

You know judging by ps3 and 360, all ps4 had to do was launch the same time as Xbone, and it would have sold more. But what we have in ps4 is a console that's:

- launching the same time as Xbone
- more powerful then Xbone
- cheaper then Xbone (by $100)
- faster RAM (GDDR5)
- more usable RAM (7gb for games vs 5gb)
- better looking
- less restrictive BY FAR
- can be played offline
- can share games absolutely freely
- doesn't watch you take a crap

And with Xbone you get a console that's weaker, more expensive, restricted like hell, uglier, and a brick if you're Internet goes down.

The Amazon poll is what absolutely kills it for me. Biggest shop in the world with a clearly unbiased audience. 95% of people prefer PS4 to Xbone

^Where Microsoft can't be saved by patriotic gamers and people are very cautious about their privacy. And I also think that Sony has still some aces up in their sleeves that they'll be revealing soon since we still haven't heard anything about Naughty Dogs, Media Molecules and probably Guerillas and Santa Monicas PS4 projects. Microsoft on the other hand seems like it shot it's bolts already last week.

and the UK and USA is what maintained the X360 competitive but now they don't even have that... If I were the head of the Xbox division I'd be crapping my pants right about now. Because it's true that they are Microsoft and have deep pockets but unlike with Windows they have no monopoly here that can save them like it happened with Vista or Windows 8 which people hated so much.

I'm not an xbot by any stretch of the imagination, and I consistently buy Sony consoles, but I'm also not a Sony fanboy, I just generally prefer what they have to offer.

and the UK is primarily an xbox over ps3 country (I have a ps3 and I live in the UK, pretty much everyone I know has an xbox instead)
