Gamers-Association editor Ridge Dermody feels like he is the only person who didn't like Sony's E3 press conference.
Games Asylum: "Well, this is neat. As the name suggests, Wrath of the Mutants is the rarest of things – a genuine arcade conversion. With most modern arcade games being ticket redemption machines, this is something seldom seen. In fact, the last arcade conversion we can recall was Raw Thrill’s own Cruis’n’ Blast on Switch back in 2021. This is also based on an older iteration of TMNT, harking back to the series from 2012-2017. It’s essentially breaking franchise continuity (we’ve had two different iterations of the Turtles since) and could even be considered nostalgic for a select few – those who grew up with 2012’s Turtles are probably in their late teens."
Year 9 in Rainbow Six Siege brings Deimos, ACOG sights with new grips, and an interesting roadmap for the upcoming seasons.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a love letter for all Suikoden fans; it embraces the classic essence and doesn't succumb to modernity.
So...gamers aren't consumers then? lol
I have to agree to a certain extent. I'll give Microsoft props for delivering on the games side but since it's a new Gen everything has to be taken into account. Sony can and will provide the games too because gamescom and TGS are coming up.
You sound salty.
You missed a few games
-Planetside 2
-Dc universe
-Warframe
-Warthunder
-Blacklight:Retribution
-FF14RR
Calling Transistor,Abe and all those other indies cheap is crazy. Considering you list Lococycle(ps2 game) and Below.
Microsoft's press conference was a lot more entertaining as a gamer. Sony's was kind of boring up until the end, when Jack Trenton curb-stomped Microsoft.
But who really cares. The important thing is that one console has DRM, weaker hardware and a higher price point. The other console has a stable of first party studios that you know are going to supply a steady stream of games over the course of this generation. That's what matters.
