Blizzard Entertainment has delayed its expansion pack for the action-role-playing game Diablo III until next year, GamesBeat has learned.

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

Unless you're Blizzard, and you know that your customers appreciate quality and are willing to pay for games that are released when they are actually ready.
Yeah, this is the first I'm hearing about a Diablo III expansion. Blizzard's motto is "it's done when it's done," anyway, so ... are we really surprised?
I think I made it to like level 25 before I dropped the game as a monk. I got tired of getting gear for a class that wasn't mine.
