Battlefield 4 supports 64 players on PlayStation 4, 60 fps

You're kidding right, BF3 has levels big enough to fit all of COD's levels inside just one of them. Also destructible environments, 32 players on console, squads and vehicles, planes, boats, ATV's, Choppers, tanks. COD has small tight confined levels, 16 players online, no vehicles, and free kills for getting kill-streaks.

When the game was unveiled yesterday EA’s E3 press conference, DICE said that the Xbox One would support 64 players, but there was no mention of 64 players on the PS4. They might be able to do 30 players at 30 fps. Not ideal, but still a step up on the X1. Who knows tho, maybe they are still working out the kinks.

I doubt it. BF3 only used about 3.5-4 GB on the PC version (with Windows running total) so I'm pretty sure the Xbox One has enough ram.

Yep. If the dev is at least semi-talented, they shouldn't need too much RAM anyways. BF3 on max settings used at most 1.25-2GB of RAM (not counting windows of course) on my PC. I think they put 8GB in the one for the multitasking sh*t.

The only times I've maxed out the 8GB on my PC was when Windows 8 first came out and BF3 had a memory leak bug with it lol.

For BF4 I would go PC if you actually had a good rig, like myself. I do agree though that the ps4 is a great choice and I am hoping to get one at launch but multiplat is best on PC so probably get Knack or Madden with it unless Driveclub turns out great and I was misinformed about PS Plus members getting it.

I knew the next gen consoles are capable of such things like 60fps and 64 Player, Resolution will be true HD, so 1080. But if the Xbox One has the VGA function like the Xbox 360, you will be able to Play on 1920x1080 on a big Television with VGA Support. I will buy both consoles for the full potential. Buying high end PC's will be no more neccessary...

Would rather have a higher resolution with a 45 FPS cap (so drops aren't noticable)

Nevertheless, initially we were told that PS4 and X1 would be 720p and 30FPS so this is a pleasant surprise. Now COD has nothing on Battlefield because both run at the same resolution (unless COD is at 1080p now and I wasn't made aware of it)

Who initially told you that BF4 would run 720p at 30fps on next gen consoles? PC elitists? This is the first time DICE has released any info on BF4's framerate on next gen consoles. Though previously the CTO of EA mentioned the game runs at 1080p and 60fps on the ps4 (and most likely the XBONE as well, but it wasn't mentioned).
