Wii U & PS4 has a better Long Life than Xbox One

The Wii U has a better long life than the Xbox One, so does the PS4. Even the SNES of 20 years ago will show to have a better long life than the Xbox One. What does this mean in terms of long life?

No. PS4 has the longest, then Xbox One. The life of the Wii U has already ended.

Explain to me how the Wii U life has ended in 6 months with facts and reason.

Also explain to everyone how a console that needs to 'check in' and get permission from mommy Bill Gates in order to play games contributes to a long life.

10 years from now when there is a new round of consoles out and the Xbox one servers have been turned off who gets to play an Xbox one?

The Wii U could stop every game in production and not make another game at all, yet in 10 years...15 years...20 years....people will still be playing that console.

The point is obvious. There is no expiration date for a NES or a Genesis. An Atari 2600 or a Wii U. Not even an Xbox.

But Xbox one? Sure does. Does it seem weird that you'll be able to play xbox games longer than xbox one and the xbox one isn't even out yet?

I'm sorry Nintendo .

I said WII U won't survive .

I was wrong :(

No game console died because of horrible hardware (except handhelds). SOFTWARE! GAMES! will sell ANY hardware. Trust me, If WII U get several 9.5-10 games IT WON't die it will be success!

Fallout 4 is now available on next-gen consoles, but PS Plus users might be left disappointed

Probably won't happen for PS+ since Sony makes a clear distinction between a PS4 game and a PS5 game, unlike PC and Xbox where it is not a specific device game (It's now always an Xbox game).

So to make the PS5 game of fallout 4 available. Bethesda would need to renegotiate the complete deal with Sony.
hence why there's often only the PS4 version of the game available on PS+.

Let's hope Bethesda and Sony can arrive to term quickly.

In that same link, they talked to further support who said PS+ owners aren’t eligible. What a load of BS! The upgrade worked just fine for FF7R. I was looking forward to this. 😞

PS5 upgrades for PS4 games on PS+ are hit and miss. The reason is usually that publisher doesn’t want to hand out free upgrades. Sometimes they offer the upgrade upfront, sometimes they are bullied into it, and sometimes they offer it later in a special edition that Sony buys for PS+. It looks here like Bethesda’s intent was to raise the profile of Fallout 4 (and sell some DLC) so I expect we will see an update for PS+ versions soon.

I think a hard copy should be relatively cheap at this point.

Roughly a fiver for disc. It's also £3.99 on PSN right now for both PS4 and ps5 version.

North America sale just ended. The timing for me absolutely blows.

So if I insert my ps4 disc I should get the upgrade?

This article is funny. They tell you that $35 is a good deal for this game...We know whose side they are on.

REVIEW: Sand Land faithfully adapts to game form a lesser known Akira Toriyama creation | Showmetech

From Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama, Sand Land is a fun adaptation of the manga and anime in videogame form. For all of its simplicity and repetition, it's a beautiful interpretation of the source material.
